                                       TIPS TO HAVE  HEALTHY LIFE

If you want to have a healthy life and have a fit body, you have to eat enough and varied, you have to do exercise too. You must to keep in mind that food that you eat provide you the enough nutrients.

Here there are some tips to have a healthy life:


Firsth you have to eat complete, 3 meals a day, each meal accompained by liquid sustance.

You have to drink about 2 liters of water a day. Some people suggest to drink 3 or 4 litres a day, but that is too much water for your body, other people suggest to drink 1 and a half, but that is not enough. You have to reduce the alcohol consumption and also reduce the consumption of artifitial juices.




You have to eat enough vegetables you need. Vegetables have a high fiber contet, they give us specific vitamins and minerals. If you eat vegetables twice a month that is not enough, you have to eat vegetables at least once a day.

It is necesary to consume food with sugar and food with salt too, but sugar and salt in excess is not good for you, because it can cause you liver problems and also it can cause you diabetes. You don´t have to eat not too much sugar and too much salt, just what you need.

Don´t consume fat. You shouldn´t eat too many foods with fat. Because it can cause you serious problems with the cholesterol.





If you want to have a healthy life , also you have to do exercise, you should do exercise three times a
week for thirty minutes a day. Doing execersise helps you to have a fit body too.
